What are the effects of laser on tissue?

Its basic working principle is to cause 'controlled thermal damage' in the area where it is applied. With this damage, which is at a controlled millimeter level, the healing process begins in the tissue and some cellular reactions occur. However, the important thing at this point is to make the device settings in accordance with the purpose. It is very important to shoot at which dose and for how long. By making these settings, laser can be applied for the purpose of cutting the tissue, treating warts or renewing it.

Laser Vaginal Rejuvenation (Laser Vaginal Tightening)

It is the tightening and regeneration of the vagina in a non-surgical way. With the thermal effect of the laser on the vagina, collagen synthesis in the tissue is stimulated. At the same time, neovascularization (increased vascularization) is observed. In this way, the vagina feels tighter. It is applied in 5-10 minutes on average. There are no incisions or stitches. It is a completely painless method.

It does not require special care or dressing after the procedure. The patient can continue his daily life. Since the vaginal tissue will be eaten, there may be watery discharge for 3-4 days on average. During this period, sexual intercourse should be interrupted.

Genital area color lightening with laser

The CO2 Laser device is adjusted according to the patient's skin color and type. Shots are made to the skin in an average of 5 minutes. After a few days, crusting and peeling occurs. Classically, scissors or scalpel can be used to remove excess tissue from the inner lips, or it can be done using laser. However, in recent years, it has been understood that wound healing is not good in incisions made with laser. Therefore, it is a method that is not preferred very often.

Laser wart, molloscum or nevus treatment

Skin lesions in the genital area can be treated using lasers. First of all, the diagnosis of the lesion should be clarified. Depending on the diagnosis, burning or excision (removal of the lesion) can be done using a laser. In this way, a scarless healing is achieved without incision.
